Centralized Service Specialist II
Nick's role consists of Help Desk Support, On-Site Support, and additionally being our lead automation specialist. Nick has a can-do attitude and genuinely cares about his relationships with our clients and his performance within the company as well. Nick has been a NET-I team member since January of 2025. Fun fact: Nick and his girlfriend Scottea have a freakishly tall , 22 pound Savannah cat.
